THE RUDE (Il rude)
The Rude is a massive single coil with a wide sensitive area and a full and open sound, designed to be a neck replacement for 6/7/8 string guitars with humbuckers sets. The double Alnico 5 magnets develop a deep response on the low-end while the screw poles focus the magnetic field to get the best note definition possible, a considerable compression is generated by the custom bobbin saturated of AWG42 wire. The pickup is loaded with Nickel-Silver baseplates and two-conductors shielded cable to lower the annoying hum without compromising the single-coil classic tone. It works well with both 250K and 500k potentiometers so the personal taste is the only discriminating factor.
